For Your Safety: Tips to Stay Healthy During the Rainy Season
Be safe and healthy this rainy and cold season.
- Strengthen your immunity with an intake of vitamin C. You can either take vitamins to kickstart your defense system or add more vegetables and fruits to your daily meals.
- Make sure you always bring an umbrella or a raincoat when going out. Even with the sun shining up, the weather can be unpredictable, so it is best to be prepared.
- If you get drenched in the rain, take a bath, and dry yourself immediately. After all, nothing beats a hot shower after a long cold day out.
- As a precaution, bring or store in your office lockers a spare change of clothes. It is uncomfortable to lounge or work in damp clothing, not only that, it may also be a risk in contracting flu.
