Whether it is a quick trip or a check-up, make sure you take precautions before and after your visit to the hospital.
Wear your mask and avoid touching your face or any surface while in the hospital. After your visit, sanitize your stuff and take a shower as soon as you get home.
Keep your distance. Strictly observe physical distancing, even if others seem to have forgotten, take it upon yourself to step away and avoid crowded places.
Make sure you bring necessary documents or items. This is to avoid another visit and it also makes the doctor’s work easier. You are not supposed to rush, but the quicker you can get out of there, the better.
Bring your personal sanitizers. You can expect hospitals to have their own sanitizers but also know that they are being used and touched by almost everyone, so for extra safety, bring your own bottle of alcohol or sanitizer.
