Stay cool, hydrated, and informed. Before leaving your home, check your weather updates and watch out for heatwaves. Make sure to have an umbrella, a bottle of water, and a portable fan with you.
Eat healthy meals, drink refreshing beverages. A tasty meal isn’t always healthy, but a healthy meal is always tasty. Stock up on fruits that are rich in nutrients and water— watermelon, mango, and papaya are among the fruits that contain a high percentage of water. Sweeten your water by infusing fruits and herbs.
