How about setting some healthy New Year's resolutions to work on as a family?
1. Limit fast food to twice per month or less.
2. Add at least one fresh fruit snack to the daily routine.
3. Spend 30 minutes in outdoor or indoor play to bond and enjoy quality time together.
4. Pick a fun run or walk, train as a family, and participate together.
5. Share a meal together at least four days a week, and refrain from using electronic gadgets at the table.
